So just a few clarification Qs before I go to take my march SAT:
If you want a superscore, do all of the tests that contribute to your score need to be submitted to colleges?
A lot of people talk about the risk of retaking… But don’t colleges disregard a lower score/ not look at the lower ones at all?
A more specific question: how do I send my scores to Macaulay Honors College? Since it isn’t technically a school, there isn’t an option when choosing your 4 schools.

It depends from college to college. For a lot of colleges, I believe that yes, all the tests need to be submitted to colleges. There’s different types of super scoring though, and I’m not familiar with all of them. There’s a list somewhere on college board that talks about what types of super score each college uses.

Once again, it depends from college to college. A lot of colleges actually do look at your lower scores and require you to send them all of your scores.

I’m not sure about this; you may want to email the Macaulay Honors College for an answer.
