SAT or ACT

So I just recently gave my SAT for the first time in October. Sadly, my score wasn’t so good and I ended up with a 1790. 550 in CR, 640 in Maths and 600 in Writing with an 8 in the Essay.
I was about to register for the December 5th SAT but apparently the seats ran out leaving me with two choices.
To wait and let College Board select any available seat or give the ACT.

I’m new to the ACT but I’ve been told that English and Sciences are simple while Maths is tough.
I have a month to prepare. If i choose to give the SAT, I know I can improve a lot this time around but the ACT would require me to start from scratch. What should I do?

My SAT score was 1925 after months of preparing .

It was a total waste of time.

I took the ACT after taking a few practice tests and got a 32 on the first try.

Get the Big Red ACT book and do the practice tests. Also scan the Forum for ACT threads.

There’s good math websites that also give video lessons to every math problem on the practice tests.
