SAT Possible score boost? (June 2016)

Does anyone else feel like their score is a lot lower then it should be? Especially the math section? Is it possible that College Board will give a few extra points to the CR and Math sections after they had released the scores the morning? Tell me what you think.

Doubt it. The curve has already been set and they have no reason to change it.

My math score was a little lower than expected but I don’t think CollegeBoard needs to do that. Maybe my 680 was an accurate representation of my math ability with or without that omitted section.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. I can almost bet you that had they graded the additional Math section your score would have gone up! 70% chance IMO. We got screwed!

I meant “(June 2015)”, not “(June 2016)”

@loop2loop Oh gosh, are you serious? D: My score went up 230 points, and I was expecting an even higher increase! This is probably why! :frowning:

My math score didn’t change from the last time I took the SAT in January. Even though I studied, it was still a 680. I wasn’t expecting an increase in reading though, and that score went from a 680 to an 800… also my writing score went from a 740 to a 790. I’m beyond happy with my reading and writing scores, but I’m also confused because I usually do better on math,
