I have finished all practice questions from the Blue book and its online course.
I am going to retake the SAT I again in Oct, hopefully to improve my score from 2110 to >2200. Which prep book has the best practice questions? Is Barron’s 2400 good

princeton review is pretty good

I think PR is easier than the real questions

Well, their CR to me was insanely tough, I scored 100- pts on their thing than my real SAT. Their writing and math however, is very easy

Just get the Princeton 11 practice test book and don’t take your scores to literally. Whenever you can get your hands on a real test, take it.
