I was taking a full length practice test this morning and in the middle I realized that I had taken this test a full year ago. I didn’t remember any of the answers, but the reading passages sounded familiar. I got an awesome score, but I am not sure if this score accurately shows how well I can score on the SAT due to the fact that I took the test before. Any help is appreciated!

Your brain sub consciously remembers certain quirks about the particular test so I would say that it isn’t an accurate score.

really? Even if I remembered nothing in math and only the general idea of some of the reading passages and writing improving paragraphs?

and how much do u think it would be off by? 50? 100?

If you retook it, look at the score difference.
Did you do EXCEPTIONALLY better (Not like a 50 point, but 200 or more?)?
If you did. You learned your mistakes. Congratz.

If not… Well retake it. AGAIN

well, last year I scored an 1880ish on it and now I scored a 2400… that is why I want to know how accurate it is. If I were to take the SAT today, I could probably score 2300ish, but I dont think I could score a 2400. Again, this is why I ask. I dont want to get too excited about my score if it isnt an accurate representation of my “skills” on the SAT
