SAT prep classes

Long story short…

1) Self studying alone is not good enough for me
2) I will be a senior this fall
3) I plan to apply to UVA, W&M, and GMU

The first time I took it I received a 1680. I have taken 5 practice tests from the blue college board prep book but have only managed to score around the 1700s-1800s. Yes it has improved a bit but I need an extra boost that will help me achieve a more competitive score. I really need your suggestions. I’m running out of time.

If you are motivated to study, then self studying may be enough. It just sounds like you are not studying in an effective manner. Read my article “The Correct Way to Prepare for SAT Math.” If you really think you need a course, read my article “Should You Take a Prep Course for SAT Math?” Both articles are posted on this forum. Just do a search.
