I am planning on taking a SAT Prep class with Kaplan. Has anyone taken this? and is it helpful?
Also, what are some other good test prep centers? Thanks

anyone? please and thank you! =)

From what I have heard around these forums, prep classes tend to have minimal effects on your score and are a waste of money. I mean, they can be good for you if you can’t sit yourself down and dedicate some time to study. But if you can be dedicated, you might get much better results just going through the BB and going over every problem you get wrong/guessed on.

EDIT: I have never taken a prep course, so I have no first-hand experience with them or the results they produce.

Really. Well i have already signed up for my classes and hopefully they will help. THanks

Well, if you can’t get a refund, then make the most of it.

Also buy The Official Study Guide by The College Board. Take real tests in it, and use the Test Masters Solution Manual to the Official Study Guide to understand all the correct answers from the Official Study Guide.
