So I guess this is mainly directed at the class of 2013 who went through the admissions process last year, but I was just wondering what the SAT scores were like of people who got admitted? Mainly those who were out of state? I’m applying out of state and I got a 2200… reading didn’t reach 700, but judging from your stats and people you know who got admitted would you suggest I just stick with my SAT score?

I think you will find the answer you’re looking for in this thread:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-los-angeles/731075-why-do-you-think-you-got.html?highlight=fun

Keep in mind though, admission criteria changes with every year depending on how hardcore your class happens to be. It’s all relative though.

I’m OOS, SAT 2100 (CR 620). SAT doesn’t really matter that much as long as you show you are competent, say 1900-2000 minimum. It takes a lot more than a high SAT score to get in, but you should be fine with a 2200.

Yeah for sure, thanks though!
