<p>On the January 28 SAT, a question had “myopic” as an answer choice. Does anyone remember this question? Does anyone remember whether this was the right answer?</p>
<p>I thought myopia only meant the medical condition of nearsightedness, not shortedsightedness (as in not looking ahead), so I might have screwed myself over.</p>
<p>The right answer was reticent (I was split between that and myopic and I put myopic). The sentence was like… the children were ___ at first but as the day went on, they began to speak openly and express their feelings. Something along those lines. I got it wrong too…</p>
<p>It’s definitely reticent…reticent means like reserved, so they were reserved and shy at first, but they opened up later. Myopic doesn’t make sense even with that other definition.</p>
