<p>Would a 2200 on the SAT for tier 1 UCS be considered “highly competitive”?</p>

<p>Not highly competitve, but certainly not…un-competitive. A 2200 defintely puts you in good shape though.</p>

I’d say it’s highly competitive anywhere but Berkeley.</p>
