<p>so…what does it mean? My situation: i realized i dont have to take the SAT IIs I’m signed up for this coming Saturday. My college prefers AP exams than SAT II for placement and so yeah. </p>
<p>Does it basically mean…that if there is asterisk…i can get refund only if I was absent and that there is just no refund ever if you decided not to take SAT II/I?</p>
