Sat Schedule/Help

Hey CC,

I am a sophomore who I took the PSAT in October. I really didn’t take it that seriously. Since I realized how much I wasn’t prepared that time I starting studying for the SAT. I anticipated a low grade which I did receive. I got a 165, 47 in CR, 65 in M, and 53 in writing. I was really discontent with these scores since I have higher aspirations. I am aiming for the Ivy League colleges and I know with a score like that I do not have no chance. I am aiming for a 215+ on the next PSAT, and a 2200+ on the SAT. Since I am a sophomore there isn’t really any time pressure. I am willing to put in the extra work to get a higher grade, but does anyone have a study schedule they can design for me, suggestions, techniques, and/or books they’d like to recommend. I have the Official SAT Study Guide College Board book. Also, I do not want any comments like…that’s impossible, unrealistic, etc. because in my eyes it is not.

Thanks You

At least take a ptest on the book so there’s an accurate gauge on ur abilities.

Theres a very useful sticky above your thread

Forming an individual schedule isn’t something that I would do in a thread. Contact me if you have a question regarding it. But, the fact that you are seriously considering it is actually a really good, not because of admission reasons, but if you qualify as National Merit Finalist, it opens up a lot of financial opportunities by various institutions.
