Recently took dsat and scored 1470. This is my best raw score and will be my superscore. I’m thinking of applying to undergrad business programs out of state at schools like UT-Austin and UMich. Will this score be good enough or should I take it again?

Perhaps - perhaps not. It’s one of several factors - and the sub scores matter too.
Should you take it again? If you’ve only taken it two or three times and are a Junior so you have plenty of time - then yes. You might try the ACT as well.
One “like” school where you’d roll into with no problem if your GPA is there - is Indiana Kelley - for which this score is great.
Great overall score - but if you have time and the ability to study and haven’t taken it 6 times yet, then yes, I’d suggest you try again - especially if your math is below 750.
But will students with that test score (which is outstanding) get in - yes.
