Sat score not available after two months

My sat score is still not available! It has been two months since my exam. Do they have the right to withhold my score with no explanation or reason for so long? Can they be prosecuted or some thing?

Have you asked to see what is going on? Two months seems a long time for anything even if CB had a reason to suspect something. And no there is no real lawsuit. If they are investigating something about your test, they can hold off while doing so. Moreover, you really haven’t suffered any relevant harm yet since you are not currently applying to colleges and don’t need to meet deadlines yet for submitting test scores.

Does your account just not display anything, or does it say your scores will be displayed at a later date?

If it doesn’t say anything there might have been a problem with your name. Especially when you have two middle names or two last names things can go wrong and get mis-filed. A friend never got her SAT or ther SAT II results…it took her a couple months to figure out they had filed her stuff under her middle name instead of her first name, and so it wasn’t showing up in her CollegeBoard account because she used both names there.

Yes, they have the right to cancel your score.
Next time you should cheat less openly and/or pay off your proctor… or just look less suspicious when taking the test if you weren’t actually cheating.

I did not cheat.
I have spoken repeatedly to them, with only a run around as an outcome.
No answer and no mention of cheating.
My earlier scores are posted, just the June ones are not.
If they intend to cancel the score should they not tell me? Give me the right to defend myself?
