I got 1980 in my second SAT(600 CR,700 M,680 W).So for average universities and average top ones(definitely not ivys),is this a good score?
Will it get me a scholarship(disregarding ECs etc.)?
Also would it hurt to take the SAT a third time;I scored in the first one 1830(520 CR,700 M,610 W)?
Thanks.

Your CR score is a little low…(I got a 600 CR too! )
But I guess your M and W are okay. (I got a 680 W too!)
So not ivys…you mean top 30 schools?

For good universities (in general not ivys or top ones),does this score lie within the top SAT range (compared to the scores of other applicants)? And if so does it make me eligible for a scholarship?

im sure it makes u eligible for most top 30 scores…they are really competitive now…places like boston college or nyu have scores ranging from 1870-2100 for middle 50% kids so that would place u somewhere in between…if ur ECs and letters are good, they should make you competitive

Retake it one more time.
