SAT score report due January...? even for ED...?

<p>How does that work? Do they mean you have to send them the college board version by Jan 2 or you have till Jan 2 to tell them your best score? Also how would you be able to revise your scores… say you got a 2290 on the November SAT… how would you notify Penn if you apply early?</p>

<p>If you are applying early, they are all due to the school before end of November.</p>

<p>When you apply, you have the choice of automatically sending it to 4 schools. The schools receive them almost at the same time you find out your scores since it is all electronic.</p>

<p>It’s not recommended to take the November SAT if applying early. If you do that you need to put Penn as a score recipient when you take the test so you will not see your score before they get it. You may also want to indicate that you want to rush your scores. If you want to take the SAT again I would try doing it in October because that way you don’t need to be stressed out about them receiving your scores on time.</p>

<p>Pretty much all the schools including Penn accept scores without a rush for November sitting.</p>

<p>Applying ED or EA for a top notch school without knowing your scores before hand is definitely a risk.</p>

<p>to my understanding Wharton and Jerome fisher only look at math and critical reading which means I’m at a perfect 1600 but I was curious to see if I would have a shot at a superscored 2400</p>

<p>You HAVE to rush the November scores. Penn’s website states that.</p>

<p>If you already have 800 reading and math DO NOT retake the SAT. It’s a huge waste of time, at the point you are at it almost certainly makes no difference if you score higher.</p>

<p>Is there a special page somewhere asking people to rush November scores? The page describing what tests to take does not state it under when to take the tests section.</p>
