I am applying Early Action to 2 schools, the deadline is 11/1/15. I am also applying to the University of California system, the deadline is 11/30/15. I plan to retake the SAT on 11/7/15 so i would not have my scores in time to send with any of these applications. How should I send my new score to them? If I previously sent them a score from a prior test, will this automatically renew or do I have to completely send a new one to the university
UCs accept through the Dec test, the application deadline is not the test score deadline. In the application, you should mention taking the Nov test if you do not have the scores for it when you submit the app. For the colleges to which you are applying early action, you need to check to see what the colleges say is the last test accepted for EA. Some with 11/1 app deadlines accept through the Nov test for EA while others consider that test to be too late.
In any event you will need to order the Nov test sent through College Board because it will not be sent based on your having previously sent prior tests. Whenever you order tests sent by CB, it will send any test scores it already has for you at the time of the order, but it will not send future tests absent a new order.
