SAT score situation

So ever since my mom has been diagnosed with breast cancer (Stage 2), I’ve been taking care of her every day. I’m always there when she needs help. I barely have time to have fun with my friends. My dad lost his job early in my senior year so it’s hard for us to pay financially for everything during my senior year this year especially with the college apps. I’m basically the man in the house with a job, taking care of my family, and going to school. I did mostly everything regular and sent them in the middle of January. I sent my SAT scores on Jan 31st and did it as a regular shipping because the only time I had before I sent my SAT scores for a couple colleges on Nov 30th and they got sent on Dec 6th which that was as well regular shipping. My guidance counselor and I paid it together which I’m thankful for that. Now I found out JMU withdraw my application. If I talked to JMU and told them about my situation, would they think of reviewing my application and not withdraw it? Should I talk with my guidance counselor and then talk to the other admission office about my situation? I really want to go badly to JMU and to the other universities that I applied too. I just had so many things happening to me.
