SAT Score - Still. send?

My son has already applied to his school, but he decided to take the SAT and did very very very well (not to brag!!!) he got a 1490. We just sent it to Tulane but can i send it to his other schools as well? He got differed from Vandy (ED) so can I send it there too?

Vandy doesn’t differ though. I’m confused. They either outright reject or accept for ED.
