SAT scores in what are my chances at my top schools?

The march sat scores just became available today and I didn’t do so well… I got a 720 on critical reading, 550 on math, and 580 on writing, 1850 composite. I am planning on retaking the sat in October but how bad will such lopsided scores affect my chances of admission? My top two choices are The University of Washington-Seattle and The University of Texas at Austin. I live in Washington. I am a junior. My grades are decent. I have a 3.85 out of 4.0 unweighted gpa, which has been on the upward trend. I haven’t earned anything less than an A- after the first semester of my Sophomore year and I have never earned anything less than a B. I took the most advanced classes I was allowed to take my freshman and sophomore year of high school, so pretty much all honors classes, then my Junior and Senior years I took/am taking dual credit classes (running start) full time at our local community college which was recently ranked as the best community college in the country by the Aspen Institute. I have a 4.0 out of 4.0 gpa at the community college and made the Presidents list. When I graduate from high school I will have an AA degree from this community college along with a high school diploma. A far as ec’s go, I am jv cross country for 3 years, varsity swimming for 3 years, jv golf for two years, and jv track for two years. I have 100+ volunteer hours. This past summer I spent a month in India doing volunteer work at an orphanage and home for the disabled, and I volunteer weekly at a local free health clinic. I am not involved with many clubs, the only club I am in is National Honor Society, however, I am in the process of joining the honors society at the community college. I have no leadership positions. My first choice of major would be pre-med so something like biology, and my second choice would be history, as I am very interested in history. So what are my chances of being accepted to these two schools? I realize UT is less of a chance than UW, but do you think I will at least be accepted into one or the other? Also, what can I start doing right now (spring of my junior year) to increase my chances of being accepted to these schools? Thanks for your help.

Just a quick question… Some colleges do NOT accept students with college credits/degrees. Did you make sure those colleges accept incoming freshmen with AA’s?

Yeah we talked to admissions officers at both schools and both will accept the credits.

Could somebody please chance me?
