SAT scores missed again

All right so this was my third attempt to reach the SAT scores required for the university, unfortunately I could not reach requirements again. My score range from my three attempts 460 reading 320 math, 410 reading 360 math, and finally 510 reading and 350 on math.

The scores needed are 450 reading and 400 math, reading is not much of an issue however math has never been my best subject, and I have an upcoming SAT again which I don’t know if I want to skip or not since I feel my math score won’t meet the math requirement.

Did you do any study between retake? Obviously just taking the test multiple times does not help much. If you do not get the target score in practice test, don’t expect you can achieve that in a retake.

I study on the day before the test. Haven’t really taken any practice tests I just review the concepts quickly.

You should try to study several weeks/months before your next SAT. There are lots of different ways to practice- free online practice, prep books, prep courses, etc. There are even apps for your iPod. Maybe borrow some prep books from your local library or consider getting a math tutor if math is not your strong suit. Although reviewing the concepts is good, actually practicing the types of questions that will be on the SAT will make you much more successful.
