SAT scores

So I’ve got a 2140 combined, 660 CR, 730 M, 750 WR. I also have 730 Lit and 730 Math I in subject tests and am taking Bio M and Math II next month.

What are acceptable SAT scores (as in do I have a decent shot with these scores and a boat load of extracurriculars)?

boat load of ECs? that’s kinda concerning. Where’s the quality?

For ivy standard, i heard and tell that 2100+ is decent, 2150+ is good 2200+ is very good, 2250+ is omg, why are you even f-king asking me?

For SATII, 700+ is decent, 750+ is good, and 800 is OMG

My friend last year had similar scores as you, but she didn’t have strong ECs. She got defered then rejected. idk how your app will play out. good luck

Instead of having a “boatload” of ECs, have a just few that you really care about and try to obtain leadership positions.

2140 is decent, but try to improve it. If you have really good EC’s you will be competitive.

How about an international with 700CR, 780M, 680M… after three sittings and superscoring… would I have a shot?

sorry it’s 680W

Well yeah sure, but SAT scores alone mean nothing. It depends on your grades, EC’s, and recs.

weasel, should I take a fourth time? if i can break 2250?
