I found out my SAT Scores today from the December test. It was my second time taking the test, and my highest scores were:
Reading - 700
Writing - 680
Math - 730

Are these high enough for acceptance to MIT, Caltech, Cornell, and Berkeley, or should I make one more attempt at it?

Those scores are fine- chances are you will probably do worst on your second go. But really, it depends on how confident you are ; if you are sure you can do much better on another taking, then go for it. If not, forget about it. Besides, january scores are too late for most colleges- take into account score /recieving/sending time and they won’t see your test scores til early/mid march.
