<p>Best meal I’ve been told is a bacon egg and cheese biscuit because it burns off energy at different time intervals through the test up till about the last break. Also throw in a bananna since potassium helps. Also, chewing sugar free gum helps with focusing on your test rather then what is going on around you and has been proven in studies to increase test scores. For the first break, I’d get something light. I remember last time I had some peanut butter cracker things. Then for the last break, I had a bit of sugar with a coke and a couple of candies to help with the final portions of the test. Don’t want to overdo it though =P</p>
<p>oh, and I remember someone mentioning in class today that mint helps with memory. So maybe you want a peppermint candy or just use some kind of mint gum.</p>
