If I did well on the Critical Reading/Writing sections of the Reasoning Test, would it reflect negatively on my application if I went for the Literature subject test - would I look lazy, etc.?

I am strongly considering taking at least one math test, as the math was my worst section on the SAT, but I need to decide on a second.

You should not look at subject tests as something to be compared to the SAT or to make up for a weak SAT section score. They are looked at as different tests and not really compared to each other. If you are intending to apply to colleges that require subject tests, you should take ones you believe you will do well in (except note that colleges may require certain tests for some majors such as a math and science if applying for engineering).
