SAT Testing - Advice Needed

Please understand my situation:

I have taken the SAT two times thus far. The first time I got a 1380 and the second time I got a 1480 (720 V, 760 M).

I just took the test again on this January test date. While I wanted a 1550+ it doesn’t look like it. I already have two wrong in math and adding a few careless mistakes makes it lower than the 760 I already have. In verbal it is likely that my score will go up, perhaps to a 740-770. However, I don’t want a score below 1550+ becuase it will then seem as a waste of my last chance to take the SAT.

Initially my plan to was to do well on this SAT and then take 3 SAT II’s in Janurary. I am applying to MIT and several ivies. I already have an 800 Math IIC, 750 Chemistry, and 760 Writing.

Now here’s my question on which I need advice: Should I cancel this SAT I and go for a 1550+ in January or should I accept this score (with a small possibility of scoring lower than before) and take three more SAT IIs in January.

(By the way some programs which I’m applying to only accept the single test date score, not the composite).
