SAT Vocab Prep?

I’m planning to take the SAT for the 1st time in Jan.

I bought a prep book to study from over the summer. While I did a lot, I stopped making flashcards when school started.

Is there like a crash-course to learn the max. from here on to Jan.? My prep book does say memorize roots/prefixes only, but there’s so much.

Thanks

I don’t like the strategy of memorizing roots all that much. You could buy some flashcards, like from princeton review or barron’s. Once you’ve learned a couple hundred, there isn’t a point in learning even more. You could try some of sparknote’s lists for vocab.

I recommend [Font</a> 99](http://www.font99.com) It’s a mnemonics wiki, great fast way to memorize vocab. It works for some people, others not so much. defintely check it out though

I think the flashcards are pretty readily available. You probably don’t need to make your own.
