SAT vs ACT Studying

I always hear people talking about how the SAT is easy to game–and that with the right tutors and preparation, one can easily increase his/her scores.

I even remember reading an article about foreign students who don’t speak English very well use tutoring agencies to achieve huge SAT point increases and enter top American universities.

However, I hardly hear this being said about the ACT.

Is the ACT, thus, harder to game than the SAT? Why would the SAT be “gameable” in the first place?

Internationally, the SATs are better accepted than the ACTs.

Well I have taken the ACT more and I like it better. It has no guessing penalty which is huge and it tests more stuff you’ve learned. Easier if your smart in school. The SAT does not test grammar though and overall easier to reason your way through. No trig questions either.
