SAT Writing considered for engineering?

<p>Is the SAT Writing section considered for Fall 2011 applicants to the Cockrell School of Engineering? Does the SAT Writing section have any influence on Engineering Honors applicants?</p>

<p>I know it didn’t for 2010. For scholarships, admission, and everything else, my SAT score was represented without the writing section.</p>
