<p>The error is at C (works closely).</p>

<p>I’m guessing it should be “worked closely”?
Then shouldn’t collaborate be collaborated with?</p>

<p>Yeah, it’s “worked closely.” It doesn’t have to be “collaborated with” because “did not” is already past-tense.</p>
