<p>Hey guys i just checked out my SAT scores for june 2 for the first time and i made a i made a 1379 which is not good cosidering the colleges i want to attend.what can i do to possible get it to a 2000+ when i take it a second time in the fall?</p>

<p>I think you might have added it up wrong because it should only be in intervals of 10. Add your CR+ W+ M = Total score. You don’t add your multiple choice or essay</p>

<p>I think he/she might have just accidentally hit the 9 button instead of the 0 button since they’re right next to each other. Pretty sure he/she meant a 1370.</p>

<p>Oh yeah that makes sense. Either way thats gunna be very difficult to raise up to a 2000+</p>

<p>But still do-able with hard work. It just means that you’re going to have to work hard and study efficiently.</p>

<p>I’d recommend the Barron’s How to Prepare For The SAT 23rd Edition. I read through it and wound up raising my SAT score by 260. Its no 2000, but its better than what I started off with.</p>
