Does anyone have an inspirational SAT story? I need some help with motivation.
My score increase from start to finish wasn’t crazy- 2050 to 2210 (160 pts)- but I can tell you that I only used my own brain and test prep books/practice tests to get that increase, and I jumped a full 100 points in writing and 50 points in math. Great scores are possible if you work really hard.
I was inspired once by a thread with a vague title. It inspired me to post a snarky answer and then nope on outta there.
Kidding aside, I had two students a few years ago who improved 700 points in a single summer (on the old 2400-point test). Really amazing and attributable to their very hard work and determination.
