Satelite TV in dorms?

Is this going to be a possibility for me next year? I’d just like to get Fox Sports West/ESPN in my dorm room so that I don’t have to miss any UCLA basketball/football games next year (I haven’t missed a game since the third grade).

Thanks.

Dude, your at Stanford. Forget UCLA

A fine sentiment, bmanbs2.

Why didn’t you go to UCLA, then?

Becuase I got into USC, and I got waitlisted at Stanford

So why would I go to UCLA?

I can’t follow UCLA Athletics from a different school?

Sorry, I really need to be objective, I’m just getting started at hating UCLA

Sure you can follow (I wouldn’t do it publicly, i.e. wear a UCLA shirt around campus), but I would bet that that they would consider a satalite dish as a major change/defacement of university property. I would still call them tomorrow, as if you have a stand you don’t need to screw into the wall or anything, they might allow it.

“I’m just getting started at hating UCLA”

I’ve hated USC since I was five. :)

I guess this question was more directed toward current students and if they’ve ever seen anyone with satelite in their dorm. I’ll figure it out.
