So my primary care says I need to call the sleep center for the sleep apnea study. The sleep center says I need a referral which the PCP says they can’t do?
H has the same PCP, same sleep center and insurance and he has no problem?
Am I supposed to just die of apnea in my sleep?

Today is my Dad’s 80th bday. He’s held the distinction of living longer than any male relative on his side of the family for a few years now, so I thought it’d be a good idea to actually celebrate this day. We normally don’t do anything in my family.
So this afternoon we are having a late lunch/party at a local restaurant. my sister’s family is all coming, my parents and even my Dad’s somewhat estranged sister. My family sees her from time to time, but I couldn’t tell you the last time she saw any of my sister’s family. It’s been 7 years for my parents.
Anyhow, my kids and GFs all rolled in last night. Sitting chatting with them made my heart so happy. They all get along so well. Now one S was making breakfast but needed to take a shower, so the other is taking over. I’m sitting with a doggie on my lap. This feels like Xmas all over again. I can’t believe how lucky I am with how they turned out

First round of shoveling done. I’d guess about 4". Had to do my driveway and walk (240’ I learned yesterday when I got the first bill for the new sidewalk tax), and my brother is out of town so I did his and a few feet of his neighbor’s (someone did in front of their driveway and about half of their front yard - way stop with 15’ left?)
It is cold (13 degrees) so at least the snow is sort of fluffy and easy to push into the gutter.

Hey lady, going fast in a parking lot is a bad idea. It’s a particularly bad idea to do it in the crosswalk which is fairly wide and well marked. You almost took out a couple of people, including myself, like we were bowling pins. Everybody around there couldn’t believe what you did. You had the decency to stop and ask if we were OK, but that’s not the point.

Wow, wow, wow. People love to complain. My favorite this morning is, “I will go to the annual meeting, and I might just get on the board.” Lady, that’s not a threat. No one who is on the board particularly wants to be, and the board works hard to accomplish what it’s able to accomplish. So, hey - please do get on the board. And when you do, I fully expect that you will magically fix this issue.
