Dear Best Buy Not helpful employee. After waiting and finding two other employees and hearing the page for someone to come to the camera section over and over it was not helpful for you to say they are probably with
a customer. ? So do I wait? are they in the store?
I went to customer service and received an apology and a service person who knew what he was doing.
When I was leaving I told you that you were not helpful and so on (something I have not done since I became old and mellow) and you never said a word–just nodded your head. Normally I would feel somewhat bad for you—not this time! Geek or not.
Ya’ll complained, got the semi-qualified coach fired, now the school replaced the coach with someone who is LESS qualified, When I said watch out you may not be happy with the change because you can always end up with something worse, ya’ll scoffed at me… who is doing the “I told you so” dance, now?
I have no idea what will happen and when it will happen. It is very frightening, but the only thing I can do at this point is wait and hope for the best.
At the Atlanta airport waiting to board flight and people watching - yes, there are skinny young men dressed in dark business suits that look like they went thru washer/dryer and shrunk - bottom hem about an inch above the ankles and wearing pink “happy socks” - uuuugly -how long will this trend last?
Part of me thinks I should go to the “department ladies” dinner tonight to bar hob nob with my “co-workers” but I truly don’t think I can stomach sitting with this group and listen to them whine about work, down alcohol and stuff their mouths with food. You need to retire! Telling your AP class that if they don’t have a 4.0 GPA they aren’t going to get into a good college is stupid. They are Juniors! It is the end of the year. There is less than 2 1/2 weeks left of school. They can’t do anything about their GPA now. If you really wanted to help you would have told them at the beginning of the year that they needed to try and focus on keeping their grades up or better yet told them when they were freshman…

Well, I FINALLY was able to talk with someone about D’s case. The person who had been assigned to her case DIED! The case was NEVER reviewed and does NOT appear to have been expedited, though it has languished since being filed in SEPTEMBER!
The guy I spoke with today says he will assign it on Monday and we can call on Tuesday to get the name and contact information for the person who is assigned the case. PHEW! I wonder what they would have done with the case if I didn’t keep calling and pestering them. This is really inexcusable! The person I spoke with yesterday said she would pull the file.
I am so glad that the providers have continued to give D some care, even though we can’t sort out her insurance status. ARGH!
