I am so sorry that I lost my temper and yelled this morning. Seeing you so sad this afternoon after finding out that your friend died last night certainly puts things in perspective. No 15 year old should have to face their own mortality . Life is about more than ACTs,SATs, GPAs, NHS , ECs and any other abbreviation you can think of. I am so sorry that you are sad, and I love you very much.
This is going better than I expected, so far.
Our community lost 4 young lives in a car accident a few weeks ago and 2 in a climbing accident yesterday. This is not ok.

Seriously? You chose to spend five minutes of a church council meeting chewing me out over a missing asterisk in the worship bulletin instead of pointing it out privately?
OK DD1 college - first you limit parent financial access to current term, and then you remove the information too quickly, yet parent has full access to transcript from start to end. I had to get annoyed enough to not only talk to student accounting (who didn’t know why the financial information was so limited and them removed so quickly nor who makes the decision) to talking to financial affairs’ University CFO’s office - I think something is going to be corrected. I had to tell the student accounting asst mgr to discuss with the Director because I am surely not the only parent that is annoyed and surely he has some knowledge into how parent access to this accounting information can be restored. I told the CFO’s office that parents not only pay the bill for the current student, they determine if younger siblings will attend, and also how they feel about the university. Why irritate parents by having limited or no financial information access to this student information that the parent is given the right to having by the student? And why not inform parents via email (which is how we sign on) that financial information for the term will be removed by XXX if that is the case?
No. I won’t be making a follow-up appointment. I might as well have stayed home and lit a hundred dollar bill on fire. I hope the next dermatologist has better manners and is more competent than you.
