Twice this weekend, I have been embarrassed by the actions of others . First , by a competitor who is so rude to his own customers that I got him. First time visitor to our area and I felt the need to prove that not all people for NJ are rude and nasty.
Second time, I was disturbed to learn that a lovely, young foreign worker was being sexually harassed and taken advantage of her naivety on rights in the USA. Something needs to be done about this.
I refuse to buy a new car from you. We are going to another dealership. I mean seriously? Why would we care that you spent all morning trying to sell to some guy and he walked away because the two of you were $250 apart in price?What kind of Salesman tells the next customer that?? oh and complaining about your last sales job at a different dealership because you had to deal with customer complaints after they bought a car from you?yeah that’s the kind of salesman I want to deal with.NOT.
