I was surprised today when I came in for maintenance that your service agent refused to help me and told me search youtube to solve the problem. Now you are telling me that you are able to help me and would like for me to come in again tomorrow? How I wish I had taken down that service agents name.
I was so caught off guard by his behavior that I was anxious to leave the place. You really think I would make up a sticker with a random mileage number for my next oil change.
