You broke your phone 4 weeks ago and have not yet replaced it. So I spent 45 minutes on hold with Verizon, then got call dropped. I spent 2ish hours in the Verizon store, waiting bc their system crashed. I spent more time on hold when Verizon store couldn’t help me, even though I was told via phone that they could. I got phone ordered, and it will be delivered to you by Tuesday. And now YOU are frustrated with ME???
