<p>What is the reputation of SBCC and it’s transfers in California and OOS (especially East-coast).</p>
<p>I goto SBCC and have gotten recruitment packets from Columbia and Cornell University. It seems to be the most reputable of the city/community colleges I have dealt with. It has a huge number of international students which is usually notable.</p>
