Just transferred to university from cc for math major w/ focus in finance. I’m scared I made the wrong decision. So far the quarter system is stressing me out and taking 3 physic classes as a requirement is killing me. I was pursuing an accounting degree before and switched to math because I was enjoying calculus. Now I’m deeply regretting my decisions. I wish I chose an easier major. I thought math would have more job prospects but everyone says it’ll be if I get a masters which I don’t want to. I don’t plan on doing academia I want to do data analysis work. I’m afraid there classes will drop my GPA and I won’t get a job. Should I switch to economics or something before it’s too late. I want to transfer to the other school I had in mind which was a semester system. I thought I could hand the quarter system but I’m so afraid. Should I switch to a easier major like economics, business, or something. I go to UCI btw.
