Scared...SAT Answer Sheet

I recently took SAT subject tests and AP exams.
I've been accustomed to making a small dash next to the number of a problem that I had difficulty on to go back to it easily. I've been reading and I've become increasingly afraid that the little marks that I did not erase will count as answers instead of the answer I bubbled in.

Can anyone provide some input as to whether they have had this experience or how they believe it will be dealt with through the machines?

Thank you!

nope, ive been doing that all through high school, and have no problems

youre fine unless the dashes penetrated any of the bubbles.

I did that everytime and usually didnt do much ( i think..) just do it somewhere else than inside the bubble next time to be safe. you dont know what happens when you accidentally make the line too dark and in the bubble.

Can you circle the number of the question on the answer sheet without erasing, or will it be counted?

Thanks for the input guys!
