<p>I am **** scared to go to Michigan next year. My parents are going to be paying an outrageous ammount (OOS) and since I am international there is not financial aid available to me whatsoever. I was a slacker in high school and often got extension to submit late work and generally did not do as well as I could have(good marks, not outstanding) . I really do not want to disappoint my parents, but make them proud, and make my education well worth the investment (- 200K). What are suggestions to surviving first year with a high GPA (>3,7)?</p>
