Schedule help plz! registering in 10 hours..

<p>I’m an entering freshman at Duke this fall and I have barely any idea on how I should plan out my schedule for this coming fall semester. I’m looking to do pre-med. I know that I need to take either Writing 20 or a seminar course and I’m planning to take a language course, which I’m gonna have to do anyways.</p>

<p>The other two courses are what I’m concerned about. If I’m gonna do pre-med, I probably should take bio or chem right? I’m pretty confident in chem because I’ve taken IB Chem HL and think I did ok on it. But I barely took any biology during high school… so I’m wondering if I should take an introductory bio course this semester.</p>

<p>I have no idea on what I should take for the last one. I’m thinking maybe a math… but I’m not sure which math to take. I took IB math SL and was near the top of my class. I have no idea on how difficult the english courses are… I took IB English A1 HL but did not do so well on it.</p>

<p>What do you guys think? A little advice would be very helpful!</p>

<p>You’ll have to take Bio 25 eventually but most freshman wait till second semester or sophomore year.</p>

<p>I don’t know anything about IB but I’d recomend taking a chem class. If you get credit for 21 or 22 then take whatever class you are up to. (151 if you have credit for both)</p>

<p>Also you could take math. Which math really depends on what you have credit for.</p>
