Schedule of Courses

I really want to specialize in computer-aided design with a mechanical engineering degree. I’m planning to take the four courses listed under computer-aided design for my technical electives. ( [Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering](http://www.mne.psu.edu/undergrad/Suggested_TE.htm) )

I’m also interested/want to take these CAD courses. ( [Schedule of Courses EDSGN - Spring 2008 - UP230](http://soc.our.psu.edu/soc/spring/up230/d-h/edsgn.html) ) However, I’m unsure what “continuing education” (CE) really is. Are these courses for undergraduates to take? I registered for EDSGN 496A (SOLIDWORKS FNDMTLS) on elion, and it works. Does this mean that I can take it?

Could be wrong but I thought continuing ed was for older people returning to classroom. But you should really be asking these questions of your advisor.
