schedule?... :S

i keep seeing kids on this website doing like 8 ap’s one year and stuff… yet my school is only letting me do 4… im a junior this year and now transferred to the US system ( im international) and my schedule is this:

AP Chem
AP Calc
AP Sats
AP physics
English 3…

it seems low in comparison to some other kids… im scared :(

im looking at Rice/caltech/mit mainly… BTW >_>

What is your race, gender and state you are in?

Those play a factor in your admissions.

Since you are not a US permanent resident, you are an international applicant which makes things much harder.

indian
Male

I’m an international student attending an international school so i’m in Trinidad and Tobago

That schedule’s really good for the school’s you’re looking at.

really? okay cool

so why is it that i see alot of other kids doing 6 AP’s PLUS 2 IB subjects ETC;… :S

anyway thanks :D

For top schools the expectation is that you should take the most rigorous courseload possible. You’re doing that, so you should be fine.

dude, if I were a techy school admissions officer, you’d be my DREAM applicant. 2 sciences + 2 maths in the same year = crazy cool.

hahahah thanks laura :D

how hard would it be to do these 4 and english 3 though? >_>
