<p>It says they need all materials by January 15th, so when do you guys think is the latest that stuff should be postmarked and sent off???</p>
<p>I believe that there’s a statement in the scholarship application packet saying that, to allow for enough mailing time, all materials should be sent within five days of the deadline (January 10) if you live in the U.S. and within 10 days (January 5) if you are an international applicant. However, there is also a courier address listed, so I’m sure that you could pay a bit more to FedEx/overnight mail the application closer to the deadline.</p>
