<p>I would staple it as long as it wasn’t stated otherwise.</p>
<p>My daughter didn’t staple her most recent application, but her full name was on every page.</p>
<p>Not a dumb question. One scholarship committee I know tells applicants that if rules aren’t followed exactly, they will not be considered. I would use a paperclip, to make copying easier it their is a committee involved. But definitely put her name on every page.</p>
<p>Binder clips are more secure and easily removed for scanning/duplicating. I’d use that and also put her name and ID # (if there is any) on every page.</p>
