<p>I suggest that you look under "scholarships’ in the USC application packet. Each scholarship is described in detail and what you need to qualify. You need to get your application in early (last year it was Dec. 10) to be considered for scholarships. Last year, I did not hear of a scholarship based upon ACT. My son got the Presidential half tuition scholarship because he is a National Merit Finalist and put down USC as his first choice school.</p>
<p>Other than the NMF Presidential Schoalrship (which is based on your PSAT results), the other academic merit scholarships are based on your complete application. If you submit SATs, they will be considered, if you submit ACTs, they will be considered - along with your transcript, essays, etc…</p>
