<p>I believe that Pitt has allotted so many Full Tuitions, and different levels of merit awards. But as kids make their decisions and notify Pitt of their non-attendance, Pitt may offer that merit scholarship to another deserving person if numerous kids have declined. This happens at numerous schools. And with kids applying to more and more schools, it’s getting increasingly harder for schools to pinpoint exactly who will accept and who will decline their merit offers.</p>
